Legal Notice

THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT. BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

1. Eligibility & Registration

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use FIN. By registering, you represent that you are not barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Financial & AI Disclaimer (The "No-Advice" Policy)

No Fiduciary Duty: FIN provides algorithmic analysis and data visualization. We are NOT a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), broker-dealer, or financial planner.

AI Limitations: Our AI models process historical data. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Information may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete.

YOU AGREE THAT ANY INVESTMENT DECISION IS MADE AT YOUR OWN RISK. FIN LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES.

3. Billing, Fees, and Cancellations

Subscriptions: Fees are billed in advance on a recurring interval.
No Refunds: Unless required by law (e.g., EU cooling-off period), all payments are non-refundable.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify fees with a 30-day notice.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use "bots", "spiders", or scrapers to extract data from the dashboard.
Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI algorithms or proprietary code.
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute FIN data to third parties.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Fin LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fin LLC from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

7. Governing Law & Binding Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the [State, e.g., Delaware/Wyoming]. ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION in [City, State], rather than in court, except for small claims court or intellectual property injunctions.

8. Termination & Changes

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
